Wedding Reception Package Inclusions - In Our 20m x 10m Dressed & Floored Marquee
- Welcome easel and signage options
- Bar and Refrigeration available for BYO drinks
- Bar persons (RSA accredited) included in venue hire
- Cake table, Gift table and Wishing Well included
- Existing décor including greenery and modern chandeliers
- Miscellaneous styling props (table runners, vases, table centerpieces – timber slabs or mirrors, and greenery)
- Internal mood cascading fairy lighting behind all walls in the marquee
- Tea and Coffee Station available – with hot water urn (pp/fee)

BYO Packages
We charge a per person fee to supply your own alcohol for the occasion. BYO drinks are to be dropped off at least the day prior and chilled in our cold room until the next day. We then (upon your directions) load our Bar Caravan and Marquee Refrigeration in readiness for your wedding & serve throughout the event. In addition, the remainder is packed up in their own boxes for easy collection the next day!
Catering Options
- We offer several menus from several caterers to match your requirements &
budget - Food Trucks are also welcome – fee to use our power, space & extra rubbish removal – $250
- You may supply your own caterers who can use our purpose food preparation unit for the event – for a $350 charge (must be left clean and tidy)
- Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements prior to your wedding
