We invite you to visit our historic property at Plunkett Villa to experience our Irish heritage and cuisine while enjoying stunning views to Tamborine Mountain. Plunkett Villa is only 30 mins from the M1 but still in the country.
We are a dog-friendly venue and we offer an expansive area for you and your dog to roam and enjoy the scenery. Some rules do apply (provided upon booking) but we are certain that you and the family and your pooch will be so happy to embrace our wonderful space.
Bring along a couple of chairs and a blanket, plus a gazebo to enjoy a great picnic experience. We are a BYO venue and include a couple of ales if you wish. Plastic wine or beer glasses are allowed only!
We have our traditional Irish Platter for you to purchase while listening to some good music. Great for lunch after visiting the local morning markets or for later in the day afternoon nibbles with refreshments! What a great Sunday afternoon outing.
Our generous ploughman’s platter is $50 for 2 people and filled with – Irish cheddar cheese, pickled cucumber and onion, meats, chutneys, a cheese pub dip, vegetable medley, eggs, fruits & chunky bread and all served with Kerry Gold Butter.
And for the kids – we have packed a picnic lunch with sandwiches/wraps, a popper, fresh fruit & a cookie for $10 for each child. Fillings – ham & cheese, vegemite, cheese & lettuce or egg. Let us know when you book.
Our new Bar/Coffee Caravan has our own special house blend coffee for cappuccinos, long blacks, flat whites etc all available for $4 each. Irish cream biscuits, lemon tarts and tasty Irish muffins are available to complement the coffees – prices ranging from $4 each. Lots of other refreshments available too!
Only those that have paid for a platter will be able to attend this event – please notify us if you have any dietary requirements!
